We are pleased to share that HESCOR is featured on the Forschungsförderung NRW website.
The article presents HESCOR’s research into long-term interactions between humans, culture, climate, and the environment. It highlights how researchers from archaeology, geosciences, mathematics, Earth system science, and the humanities work together to develop new computational approaches for studying coupled Human-Earth systems.
The feature also provides insights into HESCOR’s research network, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public outreach activities, including the Cologne Children’s University, the HESCOR comics, and interdisciplinary lecture series.
